Aino Minako goes to Shibakouen Junior High, second year actually and likes P.E, but anything else gets on her nerves. She is very fond of Volleyball, and she was even on a team before she moved to England, so she's very athletic. She eats the regular foods, gyouza, ramen, and curry rice, but not shiitake mushrooms. She has hobbies too, like wasting time, and having fun with her friends, even chasing her idols! There's something that sets her apart from the other senshi though. Before becoming Sailor Venus, Minako was Sailor V. It was started when a small white cat named Artemis stared to follow around a bouncy, bubbly, teenage girl named Minako. He studied her, seeing how she reacted to things, wondering how she would rate as a senshi. Was this really the girl he had to find? She didn't seem responsible, maybe she didn't make all the right desicions, but when Artemis made her Sailor V, he knew he made the right one. She was a great senshi, strong and daring, and had a zest for life. She lived in England at the time, and Sailor V got very famous, but fighting off villians wasn't the only thing on Minakos mind. She liked a man, whom she knew very well. One day she got caught in a building that had a bomb inside, it was going to blow any minute. She got out before it did, but her best friend Katherine, and her crush thought she died. When she found the two, she knew they were in love, she thought they should be alone, and left to Japan. She would not become Sailor V for a long time. While in Japan she found no reason to fight off anything. One day though, she noticed a lot of action going on near the docks. When she got there she noticed two men from the negamoon, they seemed to have captured four girls dressed as Minako was, she was Sailor Venus. She rushed to help them, and together they all drove off the negamoon people. They didn't see her real self until the next day, and Usagi knew she found her friend. She made friends very easily with the other senshi. Makoto is her best friend, but sometimes they have a few spats, she and Usagi are really great friends.
