Shampoo

Shampoo come from Joketsuzoku, Village of Amazon Women, in China near Training Ground of Cursed Springs, Jusenkyou. When Ranma Girl-Type defeat her after eating Shampoo's first prize, Shampoo Give Ranma "Kiss of Death" and hunt her down to Japan to kill her. However, When Ranma Boy-Type defeats Shampoo by accident (she not know that male and female Ranma are same person), she kiss him and say "Wo Ai Ni" - I love you. It later found out in Book of Amazon Law, that when a woman warrior is defeated by an outsider, if her opponent is a woman, she must give her the kiss of death and kill her. However, if her a opponent is a man, she must make him her husband. Shampoo continue to attempt to kill Ranma girl-type while making continued advances to Ranma boy-type. Eventually Ranma show Shampoo that he is girl-type Ranma. Although she is suppose to kill her, she love him, so she return to China after saying "Bie Liao" -We'll never meet again. |
Mousse
Mousse is from a small Amazon Village in the Mountains of China. He
began training at a very young age in the hidden weapons technique of fighting.
Around the same time, Mousse's eyesight went downhill, and he was forced
to wear extremely thick glasses, and without them, he could easily mistake
barnyard animals for cute little girls. While still a small child, he fell
in love with a cute little girl named Shampoo with lavender hair and violet
eyes. She did not return his affections, but this did not dissuade him.
He continued to profess his love and even propose to the girl, but, because
of an ancient law stating that the only way an Amazon girl is to marry
a man is if he defeats her in combat, he could not marry her, and she refused
to marry him. As he grew, he improved in his techniques, and eventually
became able to hide almost any item in his loose-flowing, embroidered Chinese
robes. His eyesight, however, had not improved. He was still very blind,
but out of pride, refused to wear his glasses. Even as a teenager, he was
still in love with Shampoo. When Shampoo lost to girl-type Ranma, and followed
her/him to Japan, Mousse eventually found out where she was and followed
her. He discovered her engaged to Ranma Saotome. Because of this, Mousse
Challenged Ranma to a duel for the hand of his fiancee. Mousse lost, and
returned to China to train in the legendary cursed training-grounds of
Jusenkyo, where he blindly, literally, stumbled into the Yaajuniichuan
or Spring of drowned Duck. Now, whenever he gets splashed with Cold water,
he takes the body of the duck that drowned in that spring long ago. He
returned to Japan to battle Ranma, this time bringing water from the Spring
of Drowned Duck in order to turn Ranma or his fiancee, Akane Tendo, into
a duck. His plan failed, and he lost to Ranma in a duel again. This time,
However, after the fight, Shampoo took Mousse back to the Restaurant she
was working in and he was hired by Cologne, Shampoo's great-grandmother,
as a bus-boy and waiter. He now lives in the attic of the restaurant, and
is paid a very small wage for all his hard work. He stays, however, because
he needs a place to sleep, and also needs money to pay for all his schemes
to beat Ranma and for all his gifts to Shampoo, and, most of all, he wants
to be close to Shampoo.
Cologne
Cologne is Shampoo's great-grandmother who go to Japan with Shampoo
and open the Cat Cafe restaurant.
